After examining a number of witnesses to the discovery of 4 child bodies in Gang Roman, Jalan Kebagusan Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, the police raised the status of this case to an investigation because of the element of a criminal act in it.

"The discovery of the corpse has gone up to the investigation stage," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary to reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, December 7.

However, regarding the acts of domestic violence (KDRT) allegedly committed by Panca Darmansyah against Devnisa Putri until she was hospitalized, her status is still in the investigation stage.

This happened because Panca at that time asked for a delay, because he had to look after his biological child since his wife was hospitalized due to abuse.

"Not yet, because the victim has not been taken information. When the police report was made, Brother P asked for a postponement of the examination report. Because at that time the victim's mother was in the hospital and brother P reasoned that he was waiting for his 4 children," he said.

The disclosure of the death of four children (2 boys, 2 girls) began with complaints from residents about the unpleasant smell around the Roman Gang, Jalan Kebagusan Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

"It's a carcass until the ceiling is dismantled, no one can find it. Then this morning the neighbor called me, he said. Mr. Irwan, please help there is a carcass next to Pak Panca's house. Please clean the carcass in the bathroom, there's a bad smell. It's just like that," he said.

One of the neighbors at the scene. Yacob, the head of the local RT, explained that there were many flies in the air vent of the alleged perpetrator's house.

On that basis, he contacted the victim's family, namely the brother of the wife of the alleged perpetrator.

"The house is locked, we bring the lockman. To open the door," he said.

After the wife's family arrived and the lockman managed to open the door, it was discovered that there were 4 bodies of children in the room.

Meanwhile, Panca is in the bathroom curling up without clothes. His hands bleeding for trying to commit suicide.

"When he came in he cried, O Allah... Allah. I said don't come in yet, wait for the police. Never mind calling the police," he said.
