The determination of the suspect based on an investigation warrant (sprindik) has been signed since two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Eddy has now submitted a letter of resignation from his position as Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights. The decision will be taken by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) after making a working visit to East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
