Residents Of Ditodong Pistol When They Caught Two Motorcycle Thieves In Ciracas

A group of motorbike thieves equipped with firearms took action at a mobile phone accessories shop located on Radar Auri Street, Ciracas District, East Jakarta. The theft incident was caught on CCTV surveillance cameras.

However, during the action, the two perpetrators of the motorcycle theft were caught by the victim. The perpetrators who panicked found out that the residents immediately pointed a firearm at the victim.

Based on Kiki's statement, the eyewitnesses of the incident, the two perpetrators came from Depok, totaling two people. Arriving at the location, the perpetrator immediately stalked the motorbike.

"One perpetrator got off, the other was on the motorbike while looking at the situation. One perpetrator approached the automatic motorbike, looked at the top CCTV, and monitored the shop's atmosphere. After feeling safe, the perpetrator immediately pryed out the motorcycle key," Kiki told reporters, Tuesday, December 5.

The perpetrator's actions were caught after the store employee behind the shop saw CCTV footage.

"In private, employees in the future and employees do not know that the perpetrator was carrying a firearm. When the perpetrator was chased, he pointed a gun at the victim," he said.

Seeing the perpetrator carrying a firearm, the victim was afraid and entered the shop again. However, the perpetrator's theft was thwarted and the perpetrator fled while brandishing a firearm.

"So the motorbike was not taken away. The perpetrator repeatedly pointed a gun," he said.

Kiki explained that theft in her area has often occurred. He hopes that the Police will further increase patrols around the scene.

"Here, there have been more than 4 times the theft. Please pay attention to the related parties. Until now, our employees who have lost no action at all (from the police). We want it to be safe," he concluded.

The case was handled by the Ciracas Police.
