JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono made a sudden ispection (sidak) at the Palmeriam Village office, Matraman, East Jakarta. During the inspection, Heru wanted to see the progress of the renovation of the kelurahan building which has been running since last August. The results of his review, Heru saw that a number of parts of the building did not match the plan. "I see that there is still a lot that needs to be improved. One of them, there is a position of development specifications that must be perfected," Heru said at the location, Thursday, November 2. When tracing each room inside the village head office building, the problem that Heru highlighted was the ceiling of the room which he did not value according to standards. Heru also asked for the cables to be tidied up. Then, Heru also emphasized that the Palmeriam Village Head should increase the power of electricity in his office. This is because the electricity adjustment is lower than the one stipulated in the draft cost budget (RAB). It is known, the renovation of the Palmeriam Village office has reached 85 percent. Heru gave a deadline of 3 weeks for the implementing contractor to repair the shortage of renovations. "Yes, they (contractors) are ready to fix it within three weeks," said Heru. Regarding the findings of building specifications that have not been in accordance with the plan, Heru asked the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate to carry out direct supervision during the repair process. “ Construction has been running 85 percent. So the remaining 15 percent is done for completion and improvements in buildings that must be refined. For completion, the contractor has promised to be ready to repair and will be monitored later,” explained.

Responding to this, the Head of Palmeriam Setiyawan admitted that everything that became Heru's evaluation material would be repaired in the next few weeks. “Later the executor will repair and everything that is lacking will be noted. Such as a cable hearer, a ramp for people with disabilities, as well as several walls that must be repainted. In addition, there are also windows that need to be arranged again. God willing, three weeks from completion,” Setiyawan replied.
