JAKARTA - The Forward Indonesia Coalition (KIM) has finally officially appointed Gibran Rakabuming Raka as a candidate for vice president in the 2024 General Election. Gibran will be Prabowo Subianto's companion. The announcement of Gibran's vice president's reading was delivered directly by Prabowo in Kertanegara, South Jakarta, Sunday, October 22. Prabowo was accompanied by a number of political party chairmen in KIM. On Wednesday, October 25, Prabowo and coalition partners will register at the General Elections Commission (KPU). "We have finished in a consensus final, all agreed to carry Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate for KIM for 2024-2029 and brother Gibran Rakabuming Raka as a vice presidential candidate from KIM. I think that's the announcement we've been waiting for," said Prabowo.

Prabowo emphasized that next Wednesday, October 25, he would register with the KPU. "At the same time, it is a declaration that we convey to the general public and on Wednesday 25 we will register at the KPU," said Prabowo.
