Three robbers with the initials SB alias Kinoy, S alias Cobra and SR alias Iwan Tato were arrested by the Tarumajaya Police after being involved in a robbery on Jalan Kampung Bojong Jaya, RT 02/04, Samudrajaya Village, Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency.

From the hands of the three perpetrators, the police also confiscated sharp weapons of the type of machete and badik.

"The modus operandi of the three perpetrators is to order an online motorcycle taxi (ojol). One of the perpetrators ordered an ojol to a destination, while the two perpetrators were already on standby at their destination using sharp weapons," said Head of Public Relations of the Bekasi Metro Police AKP Hotma Sitompul to reporters, Sunday, October 15.

The arrests of the three suspects of the robbery began with a report by a victim named Sukirno. The incident began when the victim had finished escorting passengers in front of Tarumajaya Hospital.

As a result of the incident, the victim suffered a loss of a Honda Beat motorbike, cellphone and wallet with a total loss of Rp. 10 million. After being assisted by residents who knew about the incident, the victim was finally evacuated and made a police report.

"The results of the crime scene (the crime scene), when the perpetrator was identified. The three perpetrators can be arrested along with evidence of weapons," he said.

For further processing, the three perpetrators were taken to the Tarumajaya Police and thrown into a detention cell. The three perpetrators were charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code.
