The Chubbsafes factory is equipped with a number of cutting-edge work areas, such as (1) Cutting Areas with Muratec, Turret Amada, and Laser Amada machine technology to cut off iron plates; (2) Concrete Areas with BRE mixing and FRE mixing engine technology to combine each slab by casting; (3) Bending Areas with Amada and Hydrabend LVD machine technology to form/ bend iron slabs as needed; (4) Painting Lines area with Automatic Powder Coating and Wet Paint line machine technology to provide safe colors, as well as additional accessories such as security key options, and the amount of bulk needed.

After that, each product enters the final process, namely the Final Inspection for the final examination and packing until it is finally ready to be sent to customers.

Through this factory, Chubbsafes also produced his latest series, FORTIS, a professional safe for personal use at home that offers better security features and advanced lockdown technology.
