JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) are questioning Agus Ramdhany, who is a member of the working group (pokja) for the implementation of the Indonesian labor protection system (TKI) at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said Agus was questioned by investigators on Wednesday, September 19. It is suspected that there is an official at the ministry who regulates certain companies.

However, based on the information obtained, they are the Secretary of the Planning and Development Agency of the Ministry of Manpower I Nyoman Darmanta and the former Director General of the Ministry of Manpower who is now the Chairman of the Bali PKB DPW Reyna Usman.
