150 Wuling Air Ev Ready To Guard Delegation At The ASEAN 2023 Summit In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Wuling Motors (Wuling) took part again in launching state activities, namely the ASEAN Summit (KTT) by becoming the Official Car Partner at the ASEAN 2023 Summit which will be held on September 5-7 in Jakarta, through 150 units of Air Ev.

"In our role as Official Car Partner at the 2023 ASEAN Summit in Jakarta, Wuling proudly took part in Indonesia's initiative and the world towards a greener future. The theme ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth at the ASEAN Summit this time is in line with our vision to support ASEAN to become a center of environmentally friendly mobility," said Wuling Motors Brand and Marketing Director Dian Asmahani in an official statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday, September 3.

Dian also said that Wuling's participation in state activities was a form of Wuling's commitment to providing environmentally friendly vehicles to improve air quality, which is currently not being monitored properly.

"Together, let's make ASEAN a center of sustainable mobility that inspires and has a positive impact on the environment," said Dian.

During this activity, Wuling Air Ev will be used as an official vehicle for delegates from 22 countries, Air Ev, which is of a compact size, will also be used as a mobility vehicle for international organizations who are also present at the ASEAN 2023 Jakarta Summit.

A total of 150 units of Long Range Air Ev have been given special livery decorations, on the side of the vehicle door, the official logo of the ASEAN 2023 Summit has been embedded and the words 'Shaping Clean Tomorrow' which is Wuling's spirit to contribute to creating cleaner air in the future.

Not only that, the electric vehicle produced in Indonesia has also been decorated with a typical Betawi batik motif consisting of pictures of bondol and jasmine eagles which are dominated by orange and dark purple also adorn the side of Air ev.

To make the passengers more comfortable, Wuling has also equipped the car drivers with regard to the vehicle. The briefing includes, among other things, the theory of use to the practice of driving in various situations and street conditions provided by experts.
