JAKARTA - Former Head of the National Police's Hubinter Division Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte (NB) was sentenced to a lower demotion or transfer of office for 3 years by the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP). Regarding the decision, Napoleon did not file an appeal.

Ramadhan said the trial was chaired by Irwasum Polri Komjen Ahmad Dofiri and Wadankorbrimob Polri Inspector General Imam Widodo.

The other trial commissions as members were the Head of the National Police Division, Inspector General Syahardiantono, Expert Staff of the National Police Chief Inspector General Hendro Pandowo, and Kakorbinmas Baharkam Polri Inspector General Hary Sudwijanto.

"The witnesses who attended the trial were five people, namely Kompol SMN, Kompol AAA, Ipda AAGPA, Brigpol JF, Pembina MST," he said.
