Bogor Regent Iwan Setiawan stated that four members of the Bogor Regency Satpol PP who had a drinking party (alcohol) at the Regent's Office PP Pospol PP, Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java, resigned. "He (a member of the Satpol PP) was not fired, he was not dismissed, he wanted to quit. Because the regulation is already in their work contract agreement," said Iwan in Bogor, Antara, Tuesday, July 4. The four Satpol PP officers are contract employees in the Bogor Regency Government. In a work contract, he said, every employee is obliged to resign if they commit certain violations. It is different if the violation is committed by a Civil Servant (PNS) who requires a long process to impose disciplinary punishment. "So don't ask what we have to do, except for ASN, yes, ASN may have stages and maybe we will have a lot of relationships. This time it's an outsourced employee. OS must sign every year," he said. Head of Bogor Regency Satpol PP, Cecep Imam Nagarasid, admitted that he had instructed the Head of the Development Division and Secretary of the Bogor Regency Satpol PP to conduct an examination of four of its members who committed violations. According to him, the examination must be carried out comprehensively because it relates to the type of disciplinary punishment that will be imposed on four of its members. "This must be careful because later it will be related to disciplinary punishment for these four people, which is clear that a drinking party will have special treatment, surely this will be sanctioned by us," he said. He stated that this incident was an evaluation material for the Bogor Regency Satpol PP. Because, according to him, the supervision of its members who committed violations did not run optimally. The 14-second video was recorded by one of four officers on guard at the Bogor Regent's Office Post, Cibinong. In the show, there are two bottles of alcohol and three glasses on the table where the officers are on guard.
