To ensure food safety for heads of state, BPOM, in this case Loka POM West Manggarai will monitor food to be safe from eight types of harmful content.
The parameters tested later are Cyanide, Nitrit, Arsen, Timbal, Formalin, Borak, Rhodamin B, and Methanil Yellow.
The food security system for food for heads of state is carried out through testing food three hours earlier.
If samples of food tested are safe from eight types of harmful content, then food can be served to the head of state.
The results of the test were also coordinated with the Presidential Security Forces to be declared fit or unserveable.
