After Being Examined By The KPK, The Chairman Of The DKI DPRD Called The Corruption Case Of Land Procurement In Pulogebang Regarding The IDR 0 DP Program

JAKARTA - Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, said that land acquisition in Pulogebang was related to the Rp0 DP house program. He conveyed this after undergoing an examination by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today, Monday, April 10. "Yes, (this is related to, red) the DP program is Rp. 0," Prasetyo told reporters at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, April 10. He said the alleged corruption in land acquisition in Pulogebang was the same as the procurement case in Munjul, East Jakarta. However, Prasetyo from the start stated that he did not interfere in the procurement process. This is because his party has rejected the program initiated by former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan from the start. The meeting at the Budget Agency (Banggar) related to land acquisition was initially led by Deputy Chairperson of the DKI Jakarta DPRD M. Taufik and Triwisaksana. "The PDIP faction clearly rejects the Rp0 DP house," he said. Furthermore, Prasetyo talked about his room being ransacked by KPK investigators some time ago. He said, no items were brought there. "I was in Sentul City at that time, but there was nothing in my room," said Prasetyo. Previously reported, allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Pulo Gebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta occurred in 2018-2019. This process was carried out by Perumda Sarana Jaya. The KPK has not detailed who the suspects are. However, a series of investigation efforts have been carried out, including conducting searches. On January 18, the KPK searched the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building on Tuesday, January 18. There were six rooms that were searched, including the office on the 10th floor, 8, 6, 4, 2, and the staff of Commission C of the DKI DPRD.

From this activity, evidence was found in the form of documents and electronic evidence allegedly related to land acquisition in Pulogebang. All of these findings will be investigated by the KPK and confiscated to complete the case file.
