The Regent of Manggarai Regency, Heribertus Nabit, said that the handling of ODGJ in his area was assisted by the Karya Bakti Foundation for Mental Disorder Rehabilitation and Mose.
"There are quite a number of ODGJ patients in Manggarai Regency, of course 715 people in handling these patients need to be taken seriously, so an institution specifically needed to handle this patient," said the Regent, Wednesday, February 15, as reported by Antara.
In the form of seriousness, the Manggarai Regency Government has signed a cooperation agreement document (PKS) between the Health Service and the foundation to handle ODGJ patients in Manggarai Regency.

According to him, based on data from 25 health centers in Manggarai Regency in 2022, there were 715 people identified as ODGJ. While there are 42 people in the market, 487 people receiving treatment treatment, 228 others are being sought for treatment.
The highest distribution of ODGJ patients in Manggarai Regency was in Satar Mese District as many as 110 people, Ruteng and Langke Rembong District 84 people, North Rahong District 77 people, West Satar Mese District 75 people, North Satar Mese District 66 people.

"We are a rehabilitation center so that the activities carried out are rehabilitation, after the patient is stable or normal, our party will coordinate with the Puskesmas and Polres, Kapolsek, Camat, Lurah and village heads as well as other parties to cooperate in handling ODGJ together," he said.
