"KPK Prosecutor Budhi S. has finished transferring the defendant's file and the indictment with the Defendant Mardani Maming to the Corruption Court at the Banjarmasin District Court," said the Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, October 31.
Ali said the prosecutor was still waiting for Mardani's trial schedule with an agenda for reading the indictment. As for detention, it is now the jurisdiction of the court.
Mardani, continued Ali, will still be undergoing temporary detention at the KPK Rutan Pomdam Jaya Guntur Branch.
"For the trial schedule with the agenda of reading the indictment by the Prosecutor's Team, we are still waiting for the issuance of the determination of the trial day and the appointment of a panel of judges from the Banjarmasin District Court Corruption Panmud," he said.
