PNS In Lebak Banten Molesting His Son, Starting From A Bus Trip To Islamic Boarding School In 2016

BANTEN - Police uncovered the lecherous actions of a man with the initials RA (53) in Lebak, Banten. How could not, RA molested his own biological child from 2016 to 2022.

"The perpetrator had the initials RA (53) who molested his own son, M (22)," said Lebak Police Chief AKBP Wiwin Setiawan in his statement, Sunday, October 24.

The perpetrators have been sexually abusing them since six years ago, when the victim was 16 years old or a minor.

The father's lecherous charge against his biological son began when the victim was about to go to a boarding school (ponpes) in the Central Java area.

The son and father took the bus to the boarding school. On the way, the victim fell asleep with his head resting on his father's shoulder.

However, instead of guarding, the father embraced his son with his right hand and squeezed the victim's chest repeatedly.

"This indecent act caused the victim to wake up and immediately let go of the perpetrator's hand," said AKBP Wiwin.

He continued, the sexual abuse was repeated in June 2017. At that time, RA suddenly entered the room while the victim was sleeping.

The father then took the victim's hand. RH also asked his biological son to be quiet while threatening until the victim was frightened.

"Furthermore, the suspect had sexual intercourse with the victim," said AKBP Wiwin.

He said the suspect returned to his actions after sending a message to the victim via the WhatsApp application on Thursday, July 22, at around 21.30 WIB.

However, the message sent by the father to the biological child was not answered by the victim because of fear.

The unstoppable lust of lust made the father enter the door of the victim's room which was not locked. RH was again doing his depraved actions to the child.

Based on the Antara report, the Lebak Resort Police currently has a number of evidence related to this case, including the results of the post-mortem, screenshots containing the suspect's message, to the clothes of the victim and the suspect.

For his actions, the Lebak Police ensnared RH with Article 76D in conjunction with Article 81 and/or Article 76E in conjunction with 82 of Law Number 23 of 2022 concerning Child Protection, a subsidiary of Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence and or Article 289 of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 9 years.
