Case Of Brigadier J's Death: Bharada E Speaks Of Superior's Order, Putri Chandrawati Who Sincerely Loves Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier RR As New Suspect

JAKARTA - The handling of the murder case of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J has shown progress. The latest, Brigadier Ricky Rizal or Brigadier RR, the aide to the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, was named a suspect following Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E.

Brigadier RR was charged with premeditated murder, the threat of which is regulated in Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code. In contrast to Bharada E, who was charged with murder under Article 338 of the Criminal Code.

Investigators confirmed that the Director of General Crimes at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi, already had sufficient evidence as a basis for determining the suspect with the article on premeditated murder. Brigadier RR was immediately detained at the Criminal Investigation Unit.

The appearance of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's wife

Putri Chandrawati, the wife of the inactive former Head of the Profession and Security Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, appeared in public while trying to visit her husband who had entered a special room to investigate alleged violations of the code of ethics at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters, Depok.

Not much was said, apart from asking for prayers regarding the events that had happened, Putri when speaking to reporters admitted that she loved her husband, Ferdy Sambo.

"I am Putri with my children. I trust and sincerely love my husband. I ask for prayers. So that our family can go through this difficult time. I sincerely forgive all the actions that we and our family have experienced," she continued.

Bharada E Speaks of Superior's Order

After changing lawyers, Bharada Eliezer or Bharada E is said to have given information to investigators regarding the existence of a 'superior order'.

Bharada E's lawyer, Deolipa Yumara, said that there were parties who ordered Bharada E to kill Brigadier J. The confession to committing the crime of murder was stated in the investigation report (BAP) of Bharada E.

"Yes, he was ordered by his superiors, his orders, yes, to commit the crime of murder," Deolipa told reporters.
