Visiting Bareskrim, Gatot Nurmantyo, Din Syamsuddin And Rocky Gerung Failed To Meet OUR Officials

JAKARTA - Several figures from the Coalition for Action to Save Indonesia (WE) failed to meet the eight top officers who were arrested by the Indonesian Police Bareskrim some time ago. They were arrested on suspicion of spreading hate speech and incitement .

The failure of our high-ranking officers to meet their colleagues was because they did not get permission from investigators. Based on the monitoring of the VOI team in the field, the US officials who came were Gatot Nurmantyo , Din Syamsuddin , Ahmad Yani, and Rocky Gerung.

The rejection of OUR top officials began when they gathered at the Bareskrim Polri lobby. Then, they tried to get inside but were detained by officers.

Thus, triggering emotions from the US figures and their lawyers. There was an argument with the officer. In fact, there were shouts. However, the officers still forbade them to enter. Then the US figures left the location.

"We are visiting to ask permission to visit. We are presidium, executive, and others. We are waiting until now there is no answer, yes, thank you, there is no problem. Alright," OUR Persidium General (ret) Gatot Nurmantyo told reporters on Thursday. , October 15th.

Gatot said he was not clear about the reasons behind not giving the permit. It's just emphasized that he and his colleagues decided to leave Bareskrim. "Yes, go home, do you want to sleep here ?," he said.

Previously, Bareskrim Polri arrested eight people who were members of the Coalition for Action to Save Indonesia (WE). They were secured in Jakarta and Medan, North Sumatra.

"In Medan, WE (4 people), and Jakarta (4 people)," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Awi Setiyono to VOI , Tuesday, October 13.

Awi outlined the identities of the four people who were arrested in Medan, namely, Juliana, Devi, Wahyu Rasari Putri, and Khairi Amri, who are the Chairman of KAMI Medan.

Meanwhile, those arrested in Jakarta were members of the US Executive Committee, namely Syahganda Nainggolan, Jumhur Hidayat, Anton Permana, and former PKS legislative candidate, Kingkin Anida.
