"North Sulawesi has seven additional cases recovered," said Head of the North Sulawesi Provincial Health Office, Debie KR Kalalo in Manado, as reported by Antara, Thursday, April 21.

The additional recovered cases came from Manado City (four people), Sangihe Islands Regency (two people), and Kotamobagu City (one person).

Currently, the accumulation of North Sulawesi residents who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19 has reached 51.316 people after the addition of two new cases.

The two new cases each came from Manado City, male sex, age ranged 45-54 years, while in Southeast Minahasa Regency, female gender aged between 55-64 years.

There have been no additional deaths in the last few days, so the number of deaths is still at 1,167 people or 2.27 percent.

Meanwhile, 502 people are still being treated for COVID or 0.98 percent.
