Residents Affected By Floods In Pakuhaji Experience Itching So Difficult To Walk

TANGERANG – Residents affected by flooding in Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency claimed to experience itching. He has felt this since the flood occurred on Wednesday, January 19.

Alfiah, one of the residents in Laksana Village, RT 01/11, Pakuhaji is experiencing itching. This was conveyed by Mulyana, Alfiah's younger brother.

Mulyana said that Alfiah had been sick since the first flood in her area. In fact, continued Mulyana, Alfiah was unable to walk due to itching.

"Yes, Alfiah (has an itch). (The pain) has been from yesterday, in the toes", said Mulyana when met at her home, in Laksana Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency, Friday, January 21.

"At first it was a bit difficult to walk because her feet were red, she said it hurt", continued Mulyana.

Luckily, after Alfiah underwent treatment at the nearest health center, now her condition has started to improve. Alfiah has started her activities as usual, although she feels a little pain in her legs.

"Now I'm getting used to it, but my way is a bit limp", said Mulyana.

For information, a total of 660 heads of families in Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency were affected by flooding on Wednesday, January 19. The water level in the region reaches 90 centimeters, above the knees of adults.

However, many residents in Pakuhaji Village still survive in their respective homes.

"Hundreds of heads of families still survive in their respective homes. The water level is 50 to 90 centimeters" said Head of Emergency Handling and Logistics Tangerang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency, Abdul Munir via short message.
