However, Prantara said, if in the proving process it is found that the citizen is a civilian, it will be handed over to the general court for trial.

"If there are allegations of criminal acts committed by members of the TNI, they will be processed in the military court", he said.

"However, if the party suspected of committing a crime is not a member of the TNI, it will be processed by the general judiciary", he added.
