Justin Timberlake Again Cancels Concert Due To Back Injury

JAKARTA - Justin Timberlake announced the postponement of the concert for The Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Oklahoma City, United States which is supposed to be held on December 2 tomorrow.

Through an Instagram Story upload, 43-year-old soloist said that his back injury required him to take a break from the show.

"I'm so sorry Oklahoma City... I had to cancel the show at 12/2. My back was injured at NOLA and my doctor has instructed me to rest a little longer," wrote Justin Timberlake, citing Instagram Story, Sunday, December 1.

"Thank you for your support, all of you know I hate doing this," he continued.

For the cancellation, Timberlake also did not provide further information regarding the new date as a substitute.

Cancellation of the show in Oklahoma is not the first time. Previously, Justin had canceled seven shows for The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which had started last April.

At the end of October, the 'Mirrors' singer also canceled six concerts, which are planned to be held in Columbus, Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Grand Rapids. This cancellation is applied to the bronchitis and inflammation of the throat he suffered.

For the cancellation of these six dates, Timberlake and the promoter have rescheduled for next year.

Timberlake began to feel the illness after canceling a show atwield, New Jersey in early October. Fortunately, the show was held a week after the initial schedule.

After the confirmed Oklahoma show is canceled, Timberlake will continue The Forget Tomorrow World Tour with a concert in Houston, Texas on December 4.

The initial schedule for the tour will last until December 20. Furthermore, Timberlake will take a break, and continue the tour again from January 13.
