Momonon Visits Six Countries For Asian Tourism

JAKARTA - The Momonon band through its Instagram account officially announced the schedule for the 2024 Asia Tour. The reggae band from Rangkasbitung will visit six countries, including Indonesia, throughout September.

"The schedule for our series of tours in six countries. Pray for it," wrote Momonon, citing a description of Instagram uploads, Monday, September 2.

Meanwhile, the 2024 Asia Tour will begin with a performance in Penang, Malaysia on September 6. Then, Momonon will appear in Singapore on September 8.

Next, the tour will continue with a show at Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam on September 11. Then move to Bangkok, Thailand on September 14.

Then, the band, which has existed since 2004, will continue its tour of Sihanoukville, Cambodia on September 16.

The tour will end with a show in the country. Momonon will appear in Gili Trawangan, West Nusa Tenggara on September 21.

For information, Momonon is known for his music which combines reggae elements with a touch of traditional Indonesian music and other modern elements.

The band is becoming widely known among reggae music fans with their hits such as "Kuingin Kau Tahu" and "Lagu Untukmu".
