SYMPHONESIA Concert: Proud Of Indonesia (doc. Special)

JAKARTA - Erwin Gutawa Orchestra again presents the SYMPHONESIA concert in order to welcome Indonesia's independence day. With the title 'Proud Indonesia', this concert will be held in Ciputra Artpreneur, South Jakarta on August 1.

This concert was held to inspire feelings and invite the audience to be more proud as Indonesians, which are packaged in three main segments: BANGGA BUDAYA, BANGGA PRESTAS!, AND BANGGA BERKARYA.

Supported by the accompaniment of 50 orchestral musicians led by Erwin Gutawa, this performance will bring various repertoires from mandatory songs, traditional songs, moderate pop songs that breathe nationalism, as well as special tributes to the figures of heroes and the updaters of the nation's name.

This concert will also present other musicians across genres and generations, who describe the diversity of Indonesian music, namely Voice of Baceprot, Putri Ariani, Once Mekel, Endah Laras, Eka Deli, and Gabriel Harvianto.

Meanwhile, Voice of Baceprot, known as a loud music band from Garut, recently kicked off the world as the first Indonesian musician to appear at the Glastonbury Festival.

Meanwhile, Putri Ariani, who became the finalist of America's Got Talent last year, has shown that a strong desire and hard work can bring us to achieve the great ideals we dream of.
