Voice Of Baceprot Enters List 10 Of The Best Heavy Metal Trio

JAKARTA - Confession after recognition continues to come for Voice of Baceprot (VoB). Recently, Louder included the band consisting of Marsya (vocals, guitar), Widi (bass), and Siti (drums) to the list of the 10 Best Heavy Metal Trio.

In the list, VoB is side by side with other bands, such as Motorhead, Prong, Primus, Sleep/High On Fire, Melvins, Venom, Budgie, Cynic, and Russian Circles.

Not without reason when VoB entered this list. Louder called the appearance of the band from Garut, West Java something different. VoB also brings important value through its works.

This trio story of Indonesia is truly astonishing. Appearing through YouTube, they attracted attention with a mix of heavy metal which was full of proud lines and feminist lyrics," wrote Louder about VoB, Monday, February 19.

So it's no wonder when well-known musicians like Tom Morello and Slash give their support for the flexibility of VoB personnel. They also have the potential to be better known in the future.

"They got brilliant support from Tom Morello and Slash, and last year's debut album Retas gave a great result," wrote Louder.

The future is bright with VOB in it.
