GBK's Appeal For Coldplay Concert Spectators

JAKARTA - Coldplay Concert at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Central Jakarta on November 15, is expected to be watched by around 70 thousand spectators.

The SUGBK management has an appeal for spectators who will attend. The reason is, the existing crowds are not impossible to cause unwanted events.

"For Coldplay viewers, our message, the first is to use public transportation, because the GBK parking lot is very limited," said Bangun Didik as Head of the SUGBK Unit to the media crew in SUGBK, Central Jakarta, Monday, October 30.

"Second, obey the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) according to the direction of the promoter," he continued.

Bangun Didik hopes that the audience can enjoy the performance presented by Coldplay. However, he also asked the audience to maintain cleanliness and security while in the GBK area.

The SUGBK management also presents a new grass cover to maintain the quality of grass in the field.

"There is a new grass cover. GBK bought it directly from UK (England). From our side, we bought the grass cover directly according to their request," said Bangun Didik.

Bangun Didik said that the grass protection used this time had been tested for quality. They have used it at the GBK Archery Field some time ago.
