Appreciated By Spectators At Beatleweek, G-Pluck Plays Additional Songs

G-Pluck while appearing at Wave Bar Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool

JAKARTA - The Beatles music group from Jakarta, G-Pluck, has won great appreciation from The Beatles music lovers who packed Wave Bar Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool Great Britain, Sunday (27/8) evening local time, presenting their best performance.

The band, which consists of Garnida Clouds (bass), Gilang Pramudya (guitar/vocals), Fery Gustian (guitar/vocals), Beni Pratama (drums), and Aufa Kantadiredja (keyboards/vocals), appeared for 45 minutes in front of hundreds of heads.

Well, they performed a number of songs, including "Twist and Shout", "Please Please Me", "Misery", "Love Me Do", "I Feel Fine", and "I Want To Hold Your Hand".

"Thank you for the warmth of all of you here. We feel at home, even though Jakarta is about twenty hours away from Liverpool," said bass player and frontman of band Awan Garnida on behalf of his colleagues when he was about to end his appearance, citing Antara.

But when the host named Steve went on stage to close the G-Pluck performance, suddenly the audience shouted simultaneously for the band to continue their performance.

"Come on, play some more songs!" shouted one of the audience who sat in the front row.

"They played well. Continue," said another audience.

Steve then approached the Clouds while asking, "How do you want to continue the game?" which Clouds replied and G-Pluck personnel nominated.

So, the song "She Loves You" also slid smoothly to provide warmth at the Wave Bar Adelphi Hotel at the Liverpool International Beatleweek Festival 2023.

Liverpool International Beatleweek Festival 2023 is the biggest festival in the world for Beatles fans from all over the world.

The 40-year-old event is not only a momentum for fans of The Beatles songs and presents the best tribute bands from various countries, but also presents exhibitions and auction sessions of Paul McCartney et al's collection, as well as documentary film screenings. G-Pluck will again appear at the Liverpool International Beatleweek Festival 2023 at Cavern Pub and Cavern Live Lounge (28/8) and Cavern Pub (29/8).

After completing the stage at Liverpool, Awan Garnida et al. will continue the series of tours of those who have full support from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Bank BCA, and JavaMifi to several locations in the Netherlands and Germany.

In the Netherlands, G-Pluck will appear in Langweer Friesland, Cafe de Welp Reduzum, and Tong Tong Fair The Hague. After that, they will continue their journey to Germany to play at the Alte Feuerwache Köln and the Hamburg Club Indra.
