TVS Releases Latest 160 4V RTR Apache, More Aggressive View With Exclusive Color

JAKARTA - TVS, a motorcycle manufacturer from India, launched the latest Apache RTR 160 4V model at the 2023 Motosoul event in Goa state, India. This motorbike comes with some new things for its customers.

Reporting from RushLane, Sunday, December 10, this half-naked-style motorcycle is offered the exclusive Lightning Blue color. This color is said to have a strong and charming impression on the bike.

This latest color is applied to the front stage, front light cover, engine cover, fuel tank, engine cover, and under seat panel. In addition, the RTR 160 4V Apache has a contrasting sporty graphics.

This motorcycle has 17-inch rims covered with tubeless tires 90/90 up front and 130/70 on the back. To improve stability, Apace RTR 160 4V is equipped with a telescopic front fork suspension and monoshock units behind

Aggressive impressions are displayed with a touch of red color on the cover of the seats and rims. Another latest thing is the presence of a double Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) system as a standard device. The braking is increasingly optimal with a larger rear disk of 240 mm and a front of 270 mm. In addition, this type offers a choice of a 130 mm tromol brake or a 200 mm braid disk on the back.

This Indian manufacturer also provides it with driving modes consisting of Urban, Rain, and Sport. Updates include SmartConnect which can connect phones via Bluetooth, so users can access various functions such as SMS notifications, navigation, service bookings, telephones, and others.

Speaking of performance, the manufacturer maintains the same machine as the previous variant. Equipped with a 159.7 cc engine cooled by SOHC-Fi oil, this can provide up to 17.75 ps of power and 14.73 Nm of torque in Sport mode. The impressive performance of this motor is paired with a transmission of five accelerations.

TVS Apache RTR 160 4V will be delivered in early 2024 in India. To have it, the motorbike is priced at 1.35 million rupees or equivalent to IDR 25.2 million.
