After His Solo Debut, EXO's D.O. Gets Offer To Play Drama

JAKARTA - EXO's D.O. got an offer for a Korean drama. Today, August 13, D.O. is reportedly considering a lead role in True Swordsmanship.

SM Entertainment as the agency responded to the news by stating, "D.O. received an offer in the new drama 'True Swordsmanship' and reviewed it positively", as reported by SPOTV News.

True Swordsmanship tells the story of a prosecutor who has a bad character. He tried to uphold justice for the victims and destroy all corruption in the prosecutor's organization.

D.O. gets the role of Jin Jung, a ruthless prosecutor whose goal is to give justice to the weak.

If he agrees to play in True Swordsmanship, then this drama will be his comeback on television after starring in 100 Days My Prince in 2018.

D.O. himself has been active in the acting world since 2014. Currently, he is busy shooting the movie The Moon with Kim Hee Ae.

In addition, last July, he released his first solo album entitled Empathy with the main track, Rose. Through his debut, EXO's D.O. became the fifth soloist with the biggest album sales in 2021.
