JAKARTA - Celebrity Billy Saputra is close to a woman from Belarus named Vika. Although not yet officially dating, Billy has been introduced to Vika's family, especially his older brother, Ruslan. The sister of the late Olga Syahputra said that she often communicates with Vika's sister via telephone connection.
