Feeling Ignored By Children When Fighting From Breast Cancer, Nunung: I Need Attention

JAKARTA - Nunung's senior comedian told a sad story about his children who allegedly never asked about the news while battling breast cancer.

As a result, Nunung chose to block the contact of all of his children even though he had tried to provoke the sensitivity of his children.

"I've been blocking all of their contacts (children) for a long time. Because I've been sarcastic, I've been fishing and even writing statuses in WA with words or they're not sensitive," explained Nunung, quoted by VOI from YouTube Wendy Cagur, Tuesday, August 27.

As a mother, Nunung admitted that she was surprised by the attitude of her children who were adults and even had higher education but never asked how she was doing.

"How come, they are all big, there are even S-2s, some are married and all undergraduates don't understand. They have to be told when asking how the parents are," he added.

It is undeniable that this is enough to make Nunung's heart feel tight, especially after being declared cured of breast cancer he feels more sensitive and his age is getting older.

"Maybe from age, people say baper (carried with feelings), like now, suddenly after surgery, like how come no one knows, asking for my health huh? Crying me. In the past, I didn't think like that, he wanted to understand me please, no please, the important thing is that I am happy with you (his children)," he asked.

Now Nunung can only hope that his children can understand his condition which is getting older and rarely asks them for many things.

"I'm not asking for money, it's not burdensome for you, it's just the kids themselves, I never got it. Yes, honestly I need attention, opo I'm wrong? Ask me to just ask 'Ma healthy?' That's not what I got," he said.
