Chang Le Qu tells the story of Yan Xing (Ancy Deng), the queen of Yan's family, trained from a young age by the chief inspector of the Ministry of Justice, acquiring extraordinary investigative skills and the ability to find answers hidden behind evidence.

Yan Xing passed the test to become a female official at the Ministry of Justice, determined to reveal the real perpetrator and uphold justice.
