Hold A Marriage Contract At Istiqlal Mosque This April, Atta And Aurel Must Create A Marriage Record At The Office of Religious Affairs

JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta City Government has confirmed that the permits for the implementation of the marriage contracts of celebrities Aurel Hermansyah and Atta Halilintar at the Isitiqlal Mosque in early April is still waiting for registration at the local Office of Religious Affairs (KUA).

Central Jakarta Mayor, Dhany Sukma said permission was granted when the marriage process was registered in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Considering that the marriage contract will be held at the Istiqlal Mosque, marriage registration is carried out at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Sawah Besar District.

"This permit during the marriage procession, for example being registered (at the Office of Religious Affairs) means obtaining a permit with the provisions of 30 people in one area," said Dhany when contacted in Jakarta, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, March 23.

Dhany explained that the Central Jakarta City Government has the authority to enforce the COVID-19 health protocol. However, the party authorized to follow up on the implementation of the marriage contract, along with the invitation quota, is the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA).

"When they register their marriage, plan the marriage schedule, then our task will be to enforce the issue of the COVID protocol. Those who have the right to continue or not are from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA)," he said.

Meanwhile, one of the staff of the Sawah Besar District's Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Dayah, explained that until now, Aurel and Atta Halilintar, had not visited or submitted the marriage requirements documents to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Sawah Besar District.

"He said it was in Istiqlal, but until now there is none at all. If indeed his marriage was at the Istiqlal Mosque, yes, the records must be here," said Dayah when met by Antara.

Dayah said that if the marriage contract would be held on Saturday, April 3, the marriage administrative requirements documents should have entered the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Atta and Aurel proposed the use of the Istiqlal mosque for the marriage ceremony procession on April 3 at 15.30 western Indonesia time.
