Megan Thee Stallion Reported By Employees After Forcing To Watch Sexual Activities

JAKARTA - Rapper and actress Megan Thee Stallion were reported by her former videographer on suspicion of being forced to watch Stallion have sex. The report was filed in a file submitted in Los Angeles.

Launching Variety, the plaintiff named Emilio Garcia reported Stallion for harassment and an unfriendly work environment.

Garcia called Megan Thee Stallion and her management, Roc Nation, for a work environment that violates wages and working hours. He also claimed that Stallion often made bad comments about her physicality.

Garcia also explained that the incident of coercion watching sex took place in June 2022 in Ibiza. After partying, Garcia said Megan Thee Stallion along with three other women in the SUV.

Megan Thee Stallion began sex and told Garcia never to talk about what she saw.

When they returned, Garcia received compensation for project payments not per month according to the agreement. Garcia was also asked not to work for others and did not get overtime pay while working with the rapper.

Stallion's classification of her job status caused her to not have basic insurance protection, so she lost important health services. (Garcia) grapples with increased anxiety, depression, and physical stress stemming from a toxic work environment, coupled with trauma due to unpaid work," reads the file statement.

This report received a response from Megan Thee Stallion's attorney, Alex Spiro, who denied all of Garcia's claims.

"This is an employee claim for money - without claims of sexual harassment given and allegations of humiliating him (Megan Thee Stallion)," said Alex Spiro.

"We will take care of this in court," he continued.
