Radang Sick, Haechan Rehat From NCT 127 And NCT Dream Activities

JAKARTA - Today, Tuesday, January 9, SM Entertainment released the latest statement regarding Haechan's health condition. He is known to be absent from the NCT 127 concert in Japan which was held some time ago.

Through his statement, the agency said Haechan would be absent from several activities both with NCT 127 and NCT Dream.

The agency explained that Haechan had initially arrived in Japan, but returned to South Korea on January 8 for a health check.

Haechan returned to Korea first on January 8 and visited the hospital because of the high fever symptoms. According to the results of the examination, he had severe amendel inflammation," explained SM Entertainment.

The doctor suggested that he need a lot of rest and a stable condition. Therefore, Haechan will take a short break for a fast recovery process," they continued.

Haechan is confirmed not to attend the Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 which is scheduled for Wednesday, January 10, 2024. NCT Dream will be present as six members, namely Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung.

"We will determine Haechan's participation in the future schedule depending on his condition, and we will provide more information regarding this," SM said.

"We apologize for worrying fans and we will do our best so that Haechan can greet fans in good condition. Thank you," he said.

The day before, Haechan was declared absent from concerts and meet and greet sessions with fans in Japan. Both NCT 127 and NCT Dream are actively promoting.

NCT 127 is also scheduled to hold THE UNITED concerts in several countries, including Indonesia.
