JAKARTA - Jenny Rachman's condolences to the late Suprajarto had become a public conversation because she still mentioned Suparajarto as her husband, because it was known that this couple had just gone through a divorce trial at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. Seeing this, the Public Relations of the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Jajat Sudrajat tried to explain from a legal point of view. He said that if one of the parties died before the pledge of divorce, it would not be said that he had officially divorced. This happened at the divorce trial between Jenny Rachman and Suprajarto. "If one of the parties dies before the pledge of divorce, it means that he has not divorced. The first decision has just been given permission to divorce his wife," said Jajat Sudrajat at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, December 20.

"If one dies, who wants to say divorce? If the husband does not declare a divorce, it means that there is no divorce," explained Jajat. That way, the status of Jenny Rachman and Suprajarto herself is a divorce from death because it is considered that they are still husband and wife. "Divorce is dead. Divorce is dead, because their status is still husband and wife," he concluded.
