The Left Ear tells the story of Li Er (Mi Mi) who is a high school student who likes his classmate Xu Yi (Jacob Hwang). Unfortunately, Xu Yi has feelings for Li Ba La (Ma Yin Yin) who is also in the same school as them.

The situation is also getting more complicated because Li Ba La is close to Zhang Yang (Zheng Kai) who is a rival of Xu Yi.

Due to various incidents, Li Er became a good friend with Ba La. This situation made Li Er know that Ba La likes other people.

They go through their school days with relationships and misunderstandings between family and friends. They also graduated and were ready to grow up together.

Until one day, Ba La's death changed their situation. Will they be able to fix the problems between them?

The Left Ear was directed by Chen Wei Ling and the script was written by Rao Xue Man who became the novelist of this story. It is known that this drama has completed its production in 2016.

The drama has 36 episodes and its first episode will air starting today, Friday, December 15.
