Cheng Yi And Li Yi Tong Star In Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Wang Quan

JAKARTA - Cheng Yi and Li Yi Tong are confirmed to star in the Chinese drama Fox Spirit Matchmaker part of Wang Quan. Both actors were announced by Stellar Pictures as the production house for the series.

Previously, Cheng Yi and Li Yi Tong had met in a drama called Hero Legends. They will have a reunion for costume dramas that are highly anticipated by Chinese drama fans.

Fox Spirit Matchmaker is an adaptation of a popular animation in China which is divided into three parts.

The first part is titled Yue Hong, played by Yang Mi and Gong Jun. This part tells the story of Tu Shan Hong Hong and Yue Chu who are struggling to risk the wolf and human nations. Yue Hong is scheduled to air this year, but the production house has yet to announce the release date.

The second part is titled Zhu Ye which will air in 2024. The drama stars Liu Shi Shi and Leon Zhang. This second part tells the story of Zhu Ye, a young woman who is the daughter of a wolf Fed.

Zhu Ye has the ability to fight evil spirits and take care of her family. Over time, she met new friends to help her.

The last part is Wang Quan, which has just been announced by the production house. Wang Quan tells a touching love story between war member Wang Quan Fu Gui and someone named Qing Tong.

They fight for their love as well as their lives in the midst of the war situation they face.

The drama totaling 40 episodes is planned to shoot in November and will air in 2024.
