Cured From Cancer Ari Lasso Gives Message To Quit Smoking, Warganet: Whiskey Too

JAKARTA - Ari Lasso is reported to have been cleared of lymphoma cancer cells in his body. Ari's struggle to fight cancer is definitely not an easy matter.

At first, Ari Lasso opened up about the disease that made him hospitalized. It's not back pain, it turns out that Ari has cancer. To Deddy Corbuzier, Ari revealed his struggle against cancer.

"So I got a very rare cancer in the spleen. I underwent surgery to remove the organ and the mass from the cancer. Totally. This is the spleen, the tumor is twice as big, it's really big," said Ari Lasso, quoted from Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel, Wednesday, 8 September 2021 ago.

Ari Lasso said the cancer was malignant and rare, the cancer in his body was different from most cases.

"People usually get lymphoma, the lymph nodes are lumpy, he will often faint, anemia then causes damage to the spleen. For me, it's the other way around. The spleen is cancerous," he said.

"This is case 2 out of 4,000 lymphomas. So I think it will be made into a journal," added Ari.

The good news is that even if the spleen is removed, the disease is curable. "Thankfully, my cancer is called DLBCL (Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma), basically B-cell cancer which can be cured," he explained.

After going through the process of surgery and chemotherapy, Ari was declared free of cancer. Now, Ari focuses on healthy living. One of them is quitting smoking.

Through uploads on Instagram, Ari shows his bad habits first. "Don't be imitated ️ Understand that you are still young.. reckless.. all healthy, okay... GOD bles," wrote Ari Lasso quoted on Tuesday, February 8.

Smoking is known to be one of the emergence of cancer cells in the body. The impact of smoking is very bad for health.
