Nusron Wahid Claims To Eradicate 1,991 Cases Of 'Sekoper' Land Conflict Dispute Until September 2025

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has eradicated around 1,900 land cases until September 2025.

This was stated by the Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid in a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission II of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, November 24.

Nusron said, from the target of 2,002 cases, his party had handled 1,991 land disputes, conflicts and land crimes until that period.

"The handling of disputes, cases, conflicts and land crimes or 'Sekoper' from the 2002 target has reached 1,991 (handled) or 99.45 percent," said Nusron.

In addition, for the follow-up to controlling abandoned land, the results of HGU control run out, the land was not utilized and the release of part of the total target of 17,780 hectares (ha) had been completed 12,063 ha or 67.84 percent. For land value zone map activities from the target of 3,676,788 ha, 2,324,098 ha was completed or 63.21 percent.

Then, for the Agrarian Reform access program from the target of 9,542 families, 8,900 families have been completed or 93.27 percent. Next is the land redistribution decree from the target of 66,575 fields, 48,348 have been completed or 72.62 percent.

Next, for customary land data from the target of 15 fields, 17 fields have been realized or 113.3 percent. For the certification of PTSL land rights from the target of 1,196,785 fields, there are 1,058,733 realized fields or 88.46 percent.

Then, for the PTSL land plot program from the target of 1,580,920 ha, there have been 1,218,672 ha realized or 77.09 percent. Furthermore, the approval document for the substance of the Regency/City RDTR from the target of 42 approvals for the substance of the RDTR has reached 32 realized or 76.19 percent.

"We believe that by the end of 2025 it will still be 100 percent for the output and outcome," said Nusron.

On the other hand, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has a budget of IDR 6.97 trillion, but it was blocked by a budget of IDR 578 billion. Thus, the total effective budget is IDR 6.39 trillion for 2025. The budget is used for management support, management and land services as well as the implementation of spatial planning.

In detail, for budget management support, it is Rp. 5.07 trillion and the realization is already Rp. 4.03 trillion. For the management and land services, the budget is Rp. 1.74 trillion and has been used for Rp. 721.4 billion. Then, for the implementation of the budget space arrangement, it is Rp. 151.4 billion and the realization is only Rp. 38.98 billion.

"Well, we project that until around December 31, 2025, based on the foreplay we have done, we have seen that each posture and potential expenditure in each work unit is up to a maximum of 98 percent," explained Nusron.
