Jasa Marga Books Profit Of IDR 2.74 Trillion To The Third Quarter Of 2025

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has consistently maintained positive performance during the third quarter of 2025. This issuer coded as JSMR has managed to record this profit of IDR 2.74 trillion, growing 5.02 percent compared to the same period the previous year.

Jasa Marga's President Director, Rivan A. Purwantono, said the increase in core profit was supported by the Company's operating revenue and EBITDA growth as well as a consolidated reduction in financial costs by 14.21 percent (yoy).

Rivan said, this had a positive impact on Equity Financing's corporate action at PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) which was carried out by the Company in the fourth quarter of 2024.

"This achievement reflects the Company's fundamental strength in maintaining business performance consistently," Rivan said in an official statement, Thursday, October 30.

In the third quarter of 2025, the Company managed to record Operating Revenue of IDR 14.52 trillion or grew 4.83 percent from the third quarter of 2024. Rivan said this achievement was driven by the contribution from the performance of toll revenue of IDR 13.42 trillion and the performance of other operating incomes of IDR 1.11 trillion.

"The realization of the Company's EBITDA also increased in line with the increase in Operating Revenue, reaching Rp9.73 trillion or growing by 4.93 percent with the realization of a well-maintained Margin EBITDA, compared to the third quarter of 2024 which reached 67.01 percent level," said Rivan.

Until the third quarter of 2025, continued Rivan, the company still holds a market leader position in the toll road industry with a total length of Jasa Marga Group toll roads that have operated 1,294 km which represents 42 percent of toll roads operating throughout Indonesia and the total toll road concessions managed by the Company reaching 1,736 km.

Rivan said the company is currently focusing on five toll road projects that are currently underway, namely, the Jakarta-Cikampek II Toll Road, Patimban Access Toll Road, Yogyakarta-Bawen Toll Road, Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulonprogo Toll Road, and Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll Road.

In August 2025, Jasa Marga operated the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulonprogo Toll Road for the Klaten-Prambanan segment for 7.85 km.

"In the midst of the increasing number of new toll road projects that have been completed and are starting to operate, Jasa Marga is still able to maintain the balance between the Company's financial capacity and financial health which is reflected in the stability of good financial ratios in the third quarter of 2025," Rivan concluded.
