JAKARTA - Pupuk Indonesia ensures the availability of subsidized fertilizers to meet the needs of farmers at the peak of the 2025 planting season remains safe and quality.
This commitment was demonstrated through the release of five trucks containing 191.25 tons of subsidized fertilizer from Pupuk Kujang which were sent to various regions in West Java, parts of Central Java, and Banten.
"Today we released five trucks containing 191.25 tons of subsidized fertilizer from Pupuk Kujang to various regions in West Java, parts of Central Java, and Banten," said PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) President Director Rahmad Pribadi quoting Antara.
He ensured that subsidized fertilizers sent to a number of areas could be redeemed by registered farmers in official kiosks or retailers. This is using the latest retail price (HET) which has fallen 20 percent since October 22, 2025.
Rahmad hopes that the delivery of subsidized fertilizers from Pupuk Kujang can meet the needs of e-RDK registered farmers' fertilizers at the peak of this year's planting season.
He explained that Pupuk Kujang as a producer has distributed more subsidized fertilizers than the needs for the West Java region and its surroundings.
"So we have anticipated more to anticipate the planting season which is now heading towards its peak. We focus on sending from Pupuk Kujang to West Java, and a little to Central Java and Banten because West Java's needs are huge," he said.
Pupuk Indonesia, continued Rahmad, is committed to maintaining the availability of fertilizers by providing a stock of 1.1 million tons consisting of 701,954 tons of subsidized fertilizer and the rest non-subsidized fertilizers. For the West Java region, 49,375 tons of subsidized fertilizer were prepared.
