Expanding Credit Card Business Ecosystem, Bank Mandiri Partners With Harley Davidson Club Indonesia

JAKARTA - In an effort to expand the credit card business and provide the best financial solutions for customers, Bank Mandiri continues to innovate by cooperating with communities in Indonesia. This time, Bank Mandiri formed a strategic partnership with Harley Davidson Club Indonesia (HDCI).

Through this collaboration, Bank Mandiri together with HDCI Indonesia will launch a credit card with a special design intended for community members. The signing of this cooperation agreement took place at Bank Mandiri Area Tangerang Bintaro, last weekend.

The event was also attended by Bank Mandiri Senior Vice President Credit Card Agus Hendra Purnama with HDCI General Chair Ahmad Sahroni, and HDCI Secretary General Husdi Karyono.

Bank Mandiri Senior Vice President Credit Card Agus Hendra Purnama explained that this special design credit card is designed to provide various benefits that can be enjoyed by members of the HDCI community. Apart from being a payment tool that makes transactions easier, this card also provides access to various exclusive features that support the lifestyle of community members.

"This credit card with a special design from Bank Mandiri is expected to be the right financial solution for daily transactions of HDCI members. We understand the unique needs of community members, and this card is a form of our support to make it easier for them to manage finances, both for personal needs and hobbies," Agus said in his official statement, Wednesday, January 22.

Community members can also directly enjoy the convenience of digital Credit Card Mandiri transactions through the Livin' by Mandiri application, Mandiri Credit Cards can be used for various services and features that provide convenience and flexibility. One of the flagship features is Virtual Card, which allows users to access card credentials virtually, making it easier to make online transactions securely and quickly.

In addition, this card also supports the ease of transactions through QRIS with credit card sources, which make it easier for community members to transact at various merchants.

Another feature, Power Installment, allows cardholders to convert large transactions into light installments for up to 36 months, thus providing concessions in financial management. Not only that, the Power Cash feature is also available, which allows withdrawal of instant funds with competitive interest starting from 0 percent.

For information, through a series of innovations and ecosystem expansions carried out until the end of December 2024, Mandiri Credit cards have recorded a growth in transaction value of 29.2 percent year on year (YoY). Meanwhile, in terms of the amount of Mandiri debit balance, Credit cards also increased significantly with growth of 15 percent YoY to Rp19.3 trillion.
