Sri Mulyani Reveals The 2025 State Budget Supports The Preparedness Of 3 Million Houses

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati revealed that the 2025 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) also supports the housing sector for the target of 3 million houses in Indonesia.

In the personal upload of the official Instagram account @smindrawati, APBN support for the housing sector in 2025 includes the budget allocation of the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas of IDR 5.27 trillion and housing financing of IDR 35 trillion.

The housing financing of IDR 35 trillion consists of Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities (FLPP) of IDR 28.2 trillion for 220,000 housing units.

Then there is a Mutual Assistance Subsidy (SBUM) worth IDR 980 billion for 240,000 housing units.

Furthermore, support for the Interest Difference Subsidy (SSB) program amounted to Rp4.52 trillion for 743,940 housing units, and finally housing facilities by Tapera worth Rp1.8 trillion for 14,200 units.

It was seen that President Prabowo Subianto chaired a meeting with Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Minister of Housing and Development of the Maruarar Sirait Area, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Wijaya,

Then, Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Nusron Wahid, Minister of Bappenas/Head of PPN Rachmat Pambudy, Head of BPKP Yusuf Ateh, to Deputy Minister of Finance Suahasil Nazara and President Director of BTN Nixon Napitupulu who were also present at the limited meeting.
