PT Timah AGMS Decides To Reshuffle Two Directors

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Timah Tbk (TINS) approved the proposed changes to the composition of the company's management.

TINS President Director Ahmad Dani Virsal said the AGMS upheld the honorable dismissal of the Director of Business infiltration Koko Wigyantoro and Director of Human Resources Tigor Pangaribuan.

"The AGMS also approved the appointment of Dicky Octa Zahriadi as Director of Business Development and Hendra Kusuma Wardana as Director of Human Resources," he said at a press conference in Jakarta Wednesday, May 8.

With the approval of the change, the composition of the company's management is as follows:
