Jasa Marga Records 372,263 Vehicles Back To Jabotabek Period 10-11 February 2024

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) noted, as many as 372,263 vehicles returned to the Jabotabek area in the period 10-11 February 2024 Isra Miraj and the 2024 Chinese New Year.

Jasa Marga's Corporate Communication & Community Development Group Head Lisye Octaviana said, as many as 372,263 vehicles were the cumulative number of traffic flows (traffic) from the four Barrier / Main Toll Gates (GT), namely Cikupa GT (from Merak), Ciawi GT (from Puncak), Cikampek Utama GT (from Trans Java) and Kalihurip Utama GT (from the direction of Bandung).

"The total volume of traffic returning to the Jabotabek area increased by 17.55 percent compared to normal traffic, which was 316,693 vehicles," said Lisye in a written statement, Monday, February 12.

For traffic distribution back to Jabotabek from the three directions, the majority were 191,570 vehicles or 51.46 percent from the East (Trans Java and Bandung), 92,856 vehicles or 24.94 percent from the West (Merak) and 87,837 vehicles or 23.60 percent from the South (Puncak).

The details of the traffic distribution are as follows:

1. East (Trans Java & Bandung)

Kelin kembali ke Jabotabek dari arah Trans Jawa melalui GT Cikampek Utama Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek dengan jumlah 94.622 kendaraan atau meningkat sebesar 47,97 persen dari lalin normal.

Kelin kembali ke Jabotabek dari arah Bandung melalui GT Kalihurip Utama Jalan Tol Cipularang mencapai 96.948 kendaraan atau meningkat sebesar 21.55 persen dari lalin normal.

"The total traffic returning to Jabotabek from the direction of Trans Java and Bandung through the two GTs is 191,570 vehicles or an increase of 33.30 percent from normal traffic," said Lisye.

2. West (Merak) direction

Meanwhile, traffic returning to Jabotabek from Merak via the Cikupa GT Tangerang-Merak Toll Road was 92,856 vehicles or an increase of 4.91 percent from normal traffic.

3. South (Puncak) direction

Meanwhile, the number of vehicles returning to Jabotabek from Puncak via GT Ciawi Jagorawi Toll Road was 87,837 vehicles. This figure increased by 3.96 percent from normal traffic.
