The signing ceremony was also witnessed by the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province, Joko Agus Setyono, Head of BP BUMD DKI Jakarta Province, Nasruddin Djoko Surjono, and President Commissioner of Bank DKI, Bahrullah Akbar.

Amirul further explained that currently Bank DKI already has superior digital services that all Bank DKI customers can enjoy, namely JakOne Mobile Bank DKI super apps that provide digital services, including online account opening, transfers between accounts, QRIS scans, payments for various bills and expenditures, to Zakat and Donations.

In addition, Bank DKI is also developing JakOne Abank for MSME players, other digital services such as Cash Management System, as well as online credit application applications with the JakLoan application. In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand JakCard's acceptance which functions as an electronic money card on various modes of transportation for DKI Jakarta, even entrance tickets for a number of museums and tourist attractions in Jakarta, such as Monas, Ragunan Wildlife Park, and Ancol.

Most recently, in an effort to support tourism in Jakarta, Bank DKI collaborated with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Tourism and Creative Economy Office to introduce digital solutions, the Jakarta Tourist Pass as a digital solution based on electronic money cards/e-money (JakCard Bank DKI) and electronic/e-wallet wallets (JakOne Pay Bank DKI) to make it easier for tourists to access popular destinations, transportation, and other tourism services in the city of Jakarta.
