After Christmas Holidays, A Total Of 47 Thousand Vehicles Return To Jabotabek Via Trans Java Toll Road

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol noted, as many as 47,617 vehicles returned to Jakarta on Christmas Day 2023 or to be precise December 25, 2023.

The total volume of vehicles returning to the Jakarta Region through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) increased by 65.27 percent compared to normal traffic (traffic) of 28,812 vehicles.

In detail, the volume of vehicles via GT Kalikangkung to Jakarta was recorded at 28,982 vehicles on Christmas Day 2023.

This figure is up 72.27 percent compared to normal traffic of 16,824 vehicles.

"For vehicles heading to Semarang, there were 26,350 vehicles recorded, an increase of 86.19 percent from normal traffic as many as 14,152 vehicles," said VP Corporate Secretary and Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa toll road Ria Marlinda Paalo quoted from Jasa Marga's official website, Wednesday, September 27.

Then, there were 36,959 vehicles heading to Jakarta via GT Banyumanik.

That figure is up 94.91 percent from normal traffic of 18,962 vehicles.

For vehicles heading to Solo, 37,877 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 99.28 percent for normal traffic of 19,007 vehicles.

Next, as many as 17,287 vehicles left Bawen via GT Bawen.

That figure is up 92.48 percent from normal traffic of 8,981 vehicles.

For vehicles heading to Bawen, 15,488 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 83.77 percent for normal traffic of 8,428 vehicles.

Then, as many as 11,676 vehicles left Solo via GT Colomadu, an increase of 80.46 percent from normal traffic of 6,470 vehicles.

"For vehicles heading to Solo, 13,642 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 145.01 percent for normal traffic as many as 5,568 vehicles," he said.

Furthermore, 28,484 vehicles to Surabaya were recorded through the Warugunung GT, an increase of 54.92 percent for normal traffic as many as 18,386 vehicles.

For vehicles heading to Jakarta via the Warugunung GT, there were 22,568 vehicles recorded, an increase of 30.79 percent for normal traffic of 17,255 vehicles.

Meanwhile, as many as 40,828 vehicles headed to Surabaya, an increase of 65.05 percent from normal traffic of 24,737 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Malang, there were 36,557 vehicles recorded, an increase of 51.92 percent from normal traffic of 24,063 vehicles.

On Christmas Day 2023, it was also recorded that 20,635 vehicles had headed to Surabaya. This figure is up 93.03 percent compared to normal traffic of 10,690 vehicles.

For vehicles heading to Malang, 17,406 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 56.51 percent from the normal traffic of 11,121 vehicles.

"We appeal to Trans Java toll road users to prepare themselves before entering the trip on toll roads. Make sure you are in top condition, ensure the adequacy of fuel and electronic money balances, and comply with signs and directions from officers in the field," he added.
