KPK OTT Netted Director, Harita Makes Sure Not To Influence Company Operational Activities

JAKARTA - PT Trimegah Bangun Persada as a subsidiary of Harita Group opened its voice regarding one of its directors who was caught in a Hand Catch Operation (OTT) by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

Previously, it was reported that Stevi Thomas was named a suspect in the corruption case that ensnared North Maluku Governor Abdul Gani Kasuba.

PT Trimegah Bangun Persada's Corporate Secretary, Franssoka Sumarwi, said Stevi's determination as a suspect did not affect the company's performance.

"We convey that the ongoing legal cases have no significant impact on the Company's activities, both operationally and financially. The Company will continue to carry out all programs and strategies according to the target," he said in a statement received by VOI, Thursday, December 21.

He also expressed his concern over Stevi's legal events. He ensured that the company was obedient and obedient to all applicable laws and regulations.

"The company will respect the ongoing legal process. We are also committed to fully cooperating in the ongoing investigation process and hope that this problem will be resolved properly," concluded Franssoka.

Previously, the KPK arrested North Maluku Governor Abdul Gani Kasub in an OTT which was held last Monday, December 18.

Abdul has been named a suspect along with six other people. They are the Head of Housing and Settlement Office of Adnan Hasanudin; Head of PUPR Daud Ismail; Head of BPPBJ Ridwan Arsan; an aide named Ramadhan Ibrahim; and a private company named Stevi Thomas and Kristian Wuisan.
