Former Minister Of Communication And Information Again Appointed As Independent Commissioner Of Vale Indonesia

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Vale Indonesia (INCO) decided to re-elect former Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Rudiantara as an independent commissioner.

Previously, Rudiantara also held the same position since October 2020. At the AGMS, shareholders also approved the appointment of Abu Ashar and Matt Cherevaty as effective Directors of the Company since the closing of the AGMS until the closing of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2026.

Thus, the composition of the Company's Board of Directors is as follows:
